 It seems that fema has given most of their appropriation to support invaders and now they don't have enough money for Americans facing disaster and loss of everything they have.

I think this is a hate crime against the American people, one of countless hate crimes perpetrated by the communist democrat party.

The DHS National " Terrorism" Advisory System " Advisory"

 The federal government's war on the American people continues to broaden and intensify. Yesterday, Monday February 7th , the DHS issued a new domestic terrorism advisory. To me this seems like a manifesto aimed right at American citizens who like to exercise our 1st amendment constitutional rights to speak freely and to present our grievances against the national government in a peaceful way.... rights the constitution says the government must respect. 

The government continues to have no respect for the rule of law while projecting their disrespect on dissidents who refuse to knuckle under to illegal mandates that they pretend are laws.

This particular piece of work by DHS was brought to me attention by a Dan Bongino facebook post. He posted one part of it. I went to the belly of the beast, the DHS website and found this advisory predominately displayed. Buried in the middle of the document is the real aim of this document and directive.

here's the first piece of government " misinformation" and projection by the government:

"  The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors. These threat actors seek to exacerbate societal friction to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence. Mass casualty attacks and other acts of targeted violence conducted by lone offenders and small groups acting in furtherance of ideological beliefs and/or personal grievances pose an ongoing threat to the nation.   "

First , the only heightened threat i see is that the government is branding the free speech and free expression of facts and opinions to be misinformation. I say the biggest distributor of misinformation is the government itself and the cia stooges at facebook and other social media platforms. They call dissidents "domestic threat actors". well, I'm not acting when I'm informing others of what I believe to be true. Never have I attempted to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest or violence. That's government and facebook trying to project their doings onto me. I reject their narrative and hurl it right back at them. My actual purpose is to plow through government misinformation to show people the truth. I have never ever suggested acts of violence. The truth is that I have frequently advised others to keep their dissidence peaceful and lawful so as to not give the government a so-called reason to arrest you. i have stayed within the law and the constitution at all times. 

The government continues in their lying propaganda piece on the DHS website :

"DHS and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) continue to share timely and actionable information and intelligence with the broadest audience possible. This includes sharing information and intelligence with our partners across every level of government and in the private sector. " The private sector meaning facebook and twitter. They conclude their long article with this lie: "DHS also has renewed its commitment to ensure that all efforts to combat domestic violent extremism are conducted in ways consistent with privacy protections, civil rights and civil liberties, and all applicable laws. "

Well, i will not be intimidated by lies of the government and their attempts to intimidate me into silence have failed already , as my current blog entry and podcast can attest.

I close by reminding everyone that Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, and others were not intimidated by lies or threats by their then government in 1776, the government of England. If they had been scared, we would still be part of the british empire. I am no more afraid than they were. I fight against a new form of government tyranny. My health is weak. I fight with words and by informing others of the truth as i see it. I will not back down, reardless of how much they crank up their intimidation efforts. I reject their branding of me as a domestic terrorist for insisting uponthe free exercise of my legal constitutional rights. They van shove their advisory where the sun don't shine.

Richard Dees - facebook hate criminal ?

 Facebook has once again blocked me from posting and commenting for thirty days with a false claim that a comment i made was " hate speech". 

Let's take a look at my post which was actually a short comment on a friend's post. her topic was dating and the fact that she no longer dates or would even consider a relationship with a man.

Here is the comment that facebook calls " hate speech". " I don't date because the dating pool which would otherwise be available to me has been poisoned by asshole men . so, i have no chance. i  gave up on it long ago."   that's it... that is the comment that facebook calls hate speech . they blocked me from posting or commenting for thirty days for that.

It is obvious that ant comment that the facebook censors don't like is dangerous hate speech that must be blocked to protect the tender feelings of liberal snowflakes. yet liberals can post threats of actual violence against President Trump or his supporters . when i complain of that i get a standard form statement in return saying they have reviewed that statement and it does not qualify as hate speech. 

the truth is no defense at facebook. there is no appeal of their bullshit ruling.

therefore, in the future i won't post my commentaries on facebook. i will post on my web blog or my audio podcast only. i will use facebook to post links to my comments for my blog or my podcast .

i will also post links to my page at Spreely.com , where the only community standard is the first amendment.when President Trump opens his social media site on President's day in February , i'll post there unless it is a pay site. i don't use internet site that charge a fee. 

i no longer use the term facebook jail as their censorship is not funny or amusing to me. when someone tries to block my free speech it does not amuse me. i refer to myself as exiled in suiberia or the soviet gulag. 

facebook has become the soviet union of social media. if i wanted communism, i'd immigrate to a communist country.

• Run fake polls in favor of Joe Biden to support the election rigging that they knew was about to take place. The fake polls were necessary to align with the rigged results which required Dems to manufacture hundreds of thousands of Joe Biden votes in key swing states.
• Call for Big Tech to censor all pro-Trump channels, voices and news organizations in order to control the narrative and silence any criticism of the Biden crime family.

Big Tech’s role in all this, of course, was to carry out the censorship and do the bidding of communist China, making sure Biden — whose entire family is on China’s payroll — “wins” the election no matter what. Even now, anyone who posts truthful, factual information about voting irregularities is silenced by Twitter and Facebook.

So far 450,000 fraudulent ballots have been identified in swing states, with more to come

Attorney Sidney Powell has just made a huge declaration about the rigged votes, appearing with Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures and saying:

Yesterday, Bill Gates congratulated Joe Biden for his “win,” since Bill Gates can’t wait for a President Biden to declare mandatory vaccines, mandatory masks and mandatory lockdowns.

The COVID plandemic played a key role in all this, even in suppressing Trump rallies and stripping away personal freedoms from the American people.

No wonder Barack Obama directed Dr. Fauci to funnel NIH money into the Wuhan Virology Institute to help build this bioweapon. Violations of Our Constitutional Rights

in this age of imperial decrees coming from various levels of government , i would like to address the legality of all this.
the supreme law of our country is the constitution of the united states . any law or regulation that violates the constitution or violates the constitutional rights of the people is null and void.
looking at the news over the past 3 months , i see violation after violation of our constitutional rights by governors  and mayors issuing " executive orders " and nearly everyone treating these orders as laws. laws are enacted by legislatures on the federal and state level . town councils make laws and regulations on the local level. for these laws to be legal , they must not be in violation of the constitution. otherwise these laws and regulations are unconstitutional....
presidents , governors and mayors are not allowed to just make laws on their own. that's tyranny and dictatorship ,  hitlerism or stalinism . it's not how we do things in America.
i've been looking over the bill of rights . that's not a list of rights grsnted by the government. it is recognition by the government of our God given rights and laws to protect them .
looking at the amendments , called the bill of rights , i see no exceptions given . none of our rights are amended by a comma and the phrase " except in case of a virus.
governors and mayors are usurping powers not granted to them by the constitution. our freedom of worship is absolute as our rights to peaceably assemble , for any reason. government has no right to enact laws and regulations prohibiting citizens from gathering in our houses of worship. in many places they are threatening pastors and members of the congregations with arrest and jail for exercising  their constitutional rights . the government is actually letting convicted criminals out of jail early to "protect them from the virus " while threatening to put Christians in jail for going to church. .
the time for passivity is over. it is time for civil disobedience and for citizens to openly refuse to comply.
it's time to end the unconstitutional lock downs and forced closure of businesses not named walmart.
i've made my own decision. i will refuse to comply with any law or regulation that imfringes on my rights in any way. there is no exception for virus attached to any of my rights . everyone makes their own decisions . i've made mine.
also , there will be no vacimation for covid or anything else in my future , forced or voluntary.
my body , my choice. i will not tolerate unknown substances or known poisons  being injected into my body. woe to anyone who tries.  

No Ethics In Journalism These Days

i worked small town radio for 48 years. in small town radio , the dj is frequently also the news reporter, the play by play guy for high school football games, and even the janitor.
as a 15 year old beginner , i knew more about journalism than these college graduates. i certainly had more integrity. the idea of making up a story didn't enter my mind. if i had made up a story that was untrue and was caught my radio career would be over.
my newscasts contained facts and truth. no one at cnn or the other lib networks can truthfully make that claim.
therefore i can say without conceit that i was a better news reporter at age 15 than these liars now. all of them combined aren't fit to tie my shoe.

remembering john mccain... traitor , not hero

i'm remembering john mccain. i'm remembering his propaganda broadcasts for the north vietnamese while a pow. i'm remembering the time he revved up his jet engine while starting it and showing off... causing an explosion and fire that killed 191 men. I'm remembering his role in the keating five savings and loan scandal. i'm remembering the candidate in 2008 that ran such a shitty campaign that we got 8 years of obama. i'm remembering all the times " the maverick" crossed the aisle to vote with the democrats and against the American people. i'm remembering his " never Trump rhetoric in 2016 . i'm remembering his role with hillary clinton and the dnc in the steele dossier issue. mccain is who brought the dossier to the fbi. i'm remembering that mccain ran for re-election in 2014 on a platform to repeal and replace obamacare . then , when he had the chance to vote to repeal obamacare , he voted with the democrats and killed repeal. because Trump hurt his feelings.
my memories of john mccain are that he was a lying, backstabbing traitor . he was no damned war hero. i don't mourn his passing. i celebrate it. now, the governor of Arizona has a chance to appoint a conservative to mccain's former seat. i hope he chooses wisely.

Louisiana's incompetent State Government

in Louisiana the scare tactics have begun to try to force the people to accept massive tax increases.
they are mailing out eviction notices to nursing home residents and cancelling most medicaid... due to budget shortfalls ,they say.
bullshit! they have enough money to make multi million dollar payouts each year to billionaire football and basketball team owners. but not enouh money to take care of the elderly.
a look at a few basic facts are in order. Louisiana has a budget disaster looming because our state constitution and it's amendments have exempted everything except education and health care from budget cuts.
a constitutional convention is not needed to fix this. that would take much too long. things need to be fixed now. there's a simple way to fix things without raising taxes. how about a new constitutional amendment removing all constitutional protections from all agencies and branches of government ?
that's all it will take .... also a good idea would be to grant the governor the power to order across the board 10% cuts to all agencies and departments when necessary to live within our means.
i believe this constitutional amendment would be passed by the voters by a huge margin. it fixes the mess in Baton Rouge without tax increases on the people.
i warn both the governor and the legislature that the citizens of Louisiana are watching you.

Daca , The Republicans , And The Wall

Any politician voting for daca before a wall is BUILT will be forever ineligible for my vote. If Trump signs daca without a wall being built first , i will not vote for Trump in 2020.
What about the " dreams" of American children ? They deserve better than a central american banana republic , with terrorism and drug violence in the streets of every American city and small town.

We Need A Special Presidential Commission on Election Crimes

Remembering how President Johnson appointed The Warren Commission to investigate the Kennedy Assassination , I  had an idea which I  would like to share. 
I propose that President Trump appoint a Presidential Commission similar to the Warren Commission to investigate crimes which may have been committed during the 2016 election. I would like this commission to have a broad manate to investigate such things as the integrity of the voter rolls to make sure only legal citizens vote and to prevent others from voting in a dead person's name.
I would also like a real investigation of the fbi , the attorney general's office , and former president Obama for theor collusion in , and the covering up of Hillary Clinton's email server crimes and the activities of the Clinton Foundation.
Only by a real investigation can the trust of the American people be restored in our federal police agencies and the criminal justice system.
I hope to see the establishment of The Trump Commission real soon.

I've heard Sean Hannity broadcasting excerpts from the kathy griffin press conference. I haven't seen such self pity since hillary clinton finally got around to conceding the election. griffin is blaming everyone but herself, just like hillary clinton.
Liberals are morally corrupt and they are full of hatred ,while accusing others of hate. You can bet that whatever liberals accuse others of doing is what the liberals are doing themselves .
I was particularly appalled and angered by the hateful diatribe by griffin and her attorney against white men. That's how all liberals feel about white men, even white male liberals . They cry " misogyny " while they are full of bigotry and hatred toward white men.

hillary clinton - The Biggest Sore Loser Of All Time

Until hillary , I had never heard of such a horrible candidate and such a sore loser. Every other candidate I know of from town council candidate on up will make an appearance at the election night party and either accept the victory , or if the candidate lost , the candidate congratulates the winner and thanks their supporters.
 hillary had to hide for about 16 hours to have time to sober up and calm down from her rage. hillary has serious mental health issues. She's unstable and out of touch with reality. I thank God daily that hillary is not President of the United States. She's dangerous and delusional. I would think the democrat party would not want to destroy themselves for hillary. hillary blew her chance to be president when she accepted the secretary of state job offer from obama. her greed and lust for power compelled her to accept. all the crimes that hillary committed as secretary of state would not have happened if hillary had remained a senator.
her chances last year would have been greatly improved without the public knowledge of her crimes. hillary planted the seeds of her own destruction. she reaped what she sowed. it's hillary's fault and no one else's that she lost the election last year.

Draining The Swamp At The State Dept. and The CIA

To truly " drain the swamp" the following two things must occur.
1. The CIA  must be abolished. It has so many democrat operatives intent on advancing the democrat agenda that it is beyond repair. It must be abolished and replaced with a new intelligence agency , answerable directly to the president. There must be safeguards to prevent abuses under the cover of secrecy.
2. The state department must be abolished , for the same reason. It is embedded with career civil servants who are lifelong democrats and advance the objectives of the democrat party, not the country. A new Department of Foreign Relations with all employees serving at the pleasure of the president will fix this problem.
These democrat civil service appointees ( DEEP STATE ) are dead set against the Trump agenda and presidency. They want to destroy both .
It's time to face the facts and do something about it. As i always say, hiding from the truth does not make it go away.
